My wife and I have both had serious health challenges to overcome this year. The good news is that we have been able to change/modify/nuance our approach to our well-being as a consequence. In my case as well-being is a regular topic of conversation with my clients, I have developed this matrix as a tool you can ultilise.
At the blog post of 20th December 2021 there are overviews on each of the 15 components of the matrix. My intention is that they will encourage you to write down your own feelings and thoughts, and take action in your own best way.
